CHICAGO — A 76-year-old man was ordered held with out bail Tuesday for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old lady at Montrose Harbor over the weekend.
Juan Roldon lured the lady to some bushes after approaching her as she walked alone to the restroom from a household picnic, Cook dinner County prosecutors mentioned.

After she was assaulted, the lady ran again to her household and alerted her father, who sought out the person and confronted Roldon 5 minutes later, prosecutors mentioned. Roldon denied attacking the lady and the daddy started punching him.
Bystanders broke up the combat and held Roldon down till police arrived, prosecutors mentioned. He was arrested and charged with prison sexual assault, prison sexual abuse and illegal restraint.
Roldon, a Vietnam veteran, has lived in a “steady, quiet dwelling” for greater than 30 years along with his spouse, his legal professional mentioned.
Choose Maryam Ahmad ordered Roldon held with out bail.
