MINISTER NZIMANDE TO VISIT THE UNIVERSITY OF FORT HARE FOLLOWING THE PATTERN OF ASSASSINATIONS AND THREATS ON STAFF AT THE UNIVERSITY
The Minister of Greater Training, Science and Innovation, Dr Blade Nzimande, will probably be visiting the College of Fort Hare following the sample of assassinations and threats on employees on the college.The latest incident on the college includes the homicide of Mr Mboneli Vesele, the Government Safety Officer to the Vice Chancellor, Prof Sakhele Buhlungu.
The Minister intends to seek the advice of numerous stakeholders which incorporates the College Council, Government Administration, Commerce Unions and the Scholar Consultant Council within the mild of the seriousness of the scenario.
All of the consultations will happen between 09h15-13:00 and Minister Nzimande, joined by the Minister of Police, Mr Bheki Cele, will announce the end result of the consultations and share crucial data on the investigations that are at the moment underway although a media briefing which will probably be held as follows:
