A gaggle of onlookers chased down and beat up a person witnesses say was abusing a canine on Tuesday in Hollywood, Calif., in accordance with NBC Los Angeles.
Witnesses say the unidentified man was torturing the canine by kicking and dragging it close to Sundown Boulevard and the 101 Freeway, native experiences say.
That’s when the onlookers chased the person down to provide him a beating, in accordance with witnesses.
One of many witnesses was actress Jena Malone, who’s been in “Antebellum” and “The Neon Demon.”
Malone tweeted what she watched unfold.

Witnesses say the person was attacked after he was seen torturing the canine by kicking and dragging it close to Sundown Boulevard.KNBC
The suspect was arrested by LAPD on suspicion of animal abuse. The police didn’t arrest the onlookers who attacked the person allegedly beating the canine which was rescued by animal management.
The proprietor of the canine was the person’s mom, and she or he stated the canine suffered a damaged leg however was going to be OK.
