Highland Park shooting update: Victim’s father suffers brain hemorrhage amid stress, GoFundMe says

HIGHLAND PARK, Sick. (TOC) — The daddy of one of many Highland Park taking pictures victims has suffered a mind hemorrhage, a GoFundMe spokesperson stated Monday.

Oscar Ramirez suffered the hemorrhage lower than two weeks after his son was injured within the Highland Park July 4 parade taking pictures, the spokesperson stated.

“After so many traumatic occasions these previous two weeks; beginning off with my son being a gunshot sufferer on the 4th of July parade in Highland Park, to our toy poodle struggling two damaged ribs after being attacked by two pitbulls, on high of all of these feeling, harassed from promoting our present residence and transferring,” stated Viviana Cuevas, Ramirez’s spouse. “The uncertainty of our household’s monetary future within the upcoming weeks and even months is feeling increasingly extreme. All of those stressors and traumatic occasions have left Oscar within the hospital. We’re frightened as to what’s to come back subsequent however we hope for the very best.”

A GoFundMe created Friday has already raised over $40,000 of its $150,000 objective.
