CHICAGO (TOC) — A ten-year-old woman was rescued at thirty first Road Seashore Monday, the primary water rescue of the season for Chicago lifeguards.

Chicago police mentioned the woman was noticed face down within the water within the 3000-block of South Fort Dearborn at about 2:15 p.m. Lifeguards pulled her from the water.

Mobile phone video exhibits the frenzy to save lots of her.

“Once I seen the gang getting larger, I instantly ran to the scene,” mentioned Lashawn Ray, witness. “Her eyes have been behind her head. She was laying together with her arms wobbling. She was lifeless!”
