An e-bike rider was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver within the metropolis on Sunday morning, cops stated.

The person was driving the bicycle west on West twenty fourth Avenue round Seventh Avenue in Chelsea when the driving force of an Infiniti sedan struck him from behind round 1:20 a.m., police stated.
