CTA Blue Line service disrupted by track debris

CHICAGO (TOC) — CTA Blue Line service was disrupted Wednesday morning for some particles on the tracks.

The particles was reported on the tracks close to the LaSalle station.

In consequence, the CTA has briefly suspended service between the UIC/Halsted and Grand stations. By 7:20 a.m., trains had been operating once more with residual delays.

The CTA io put shuttle buses in place. Additional particulars on the particles weren’t instantly obtainable.
