Court cites BGA investigation for reinstating lawsuit against IL Medicaid administrators

CHICAGO (TOC) — The U.S. Courtroom of Appeals for the seventh Circuit dominated Saint Anthony Hospital “alleged a viable declare for aid” when it sued state officers for not adequately overseeing the insurance coverage corporations they contracted as managed care organizations.
