Chicago shooting: Man shot and killed in West Chatham parking lot in 200 block of West 87th Street, police department says

CHICAGO (TOC) — A person was shot and killed in a South Facet parking zone early Saturday morning, Chicago police stated.

The person, 26 years outdated, was standing in a parking zone with a number of individuals within the West Chatham neighborhood’s 200 block of West 87th Avenue at about 3:15 a.m. when pictures had been fired, police stated.

The sufferer was shot within the chest, police stated. He was taken to Stroger Hospital, the place he was pronounced lifeless.

There isn’t a one in custody and Space Two detectives are investigating.

Police didn’t present additional details about the capturing.
