Chicago shooting in Park Manor leaves 1 dead, 1 injured

CHICAGO — A person was killed and one other wounded in a taking pictures Thursday in Park Manor on the South Aspect.

About 5 p.m., they had been within the 7100 block of South Champlain Avenue when somebody fired pictures, Chicago police stated.

One man, 39, was struck within the chest and stomach, police stated. He was taken to the College of Chicago Medical Middle, the place he was pronounced useless.

The opposite man, 41, was shot within the chest and brought to the identical hospital, police stated. His situation was not instantly recognized.

Space detectives are investigating.
