CHICAGO (TOC) — Chicago police have opened an arson investigation after three automobiles have been broken by fireplace in a Loop storage early Thursday morning.

CPD responded simply earlier than 12:15 a.m. to a hearth within the storage of a high-rise constructing at Ninth Road and Wabash Avenue.

When officers arrived, Chicago fireplace crews have been extinguishing three automobiles.
