Chicago police officer injured in large fight in Northalsted

CHICAGO (TOC) — A Chicago police officer was injured early Monday morning throughout a big struggle within the metropolis’s Northalsted neighborhood.

CPD responded to the struggle about 2:45 a.m. within the 3200-block of North Halsted Road, close to Belmont Avenue.

The male officer injured his again whereas attempting to position a suspect into custody, Chicago police stated.

He was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Middle in honest situation, and the suspect was taken into custody.

No different accidents had been reported, CPD stated.
