Chicago police: Man pulled from Lake Michigan dies after fall into Diversey Harbor

CHICAGO (TOC) — A person has died after he was pulled from Lake Michigan close to Diversey Harbor Wednesday morning, Chicago police mentioned.

Police and fireplace officers mentioned the 43-year-old man slipped and fell into the water close to 2601 North Cannon Drive at about 5:02 a.m.

Divers had been despatched into the water and the person was pulled from the water by the CPD Marine Unit. He was transported to Illinois Masonic Medical Middle, the place he later died.
