CHICAGO — A person has been charged with murdering somebody with a hammer Sunday morning at an condo constructing in Englewood.
Gregory Stamps, 31, was arrested moments after police carried out a well-being test and located the person mendacity unresponsive in an condo hallway, Chicago police mentioned.
