Chicago middle school students walk out over safety after student made threatening drawing

CHICAGO (TOC) — Some college students walked out of sophistication and at the very least one guardian saved their little one out of college Wednesday at Gunsaulus Scholastic Academy in Brighton Park after an unnamed pupil made a threatening drawing.

Some college students stated they have been afraid to be alone within the hallway or toilet.

The center college college students staged a rally and march to attract consideration to their security considerations. Chicago Public Faculties stated about two and a half weeks in the past they have been made conscious of drawing by a pupil that contained “imagery and statements that have been regarding.” However an investigation decided there was no risk to the college group.

Through the Wednesday walkout college students stated the incident left them fearful, particularly within the wake of the college taking pictures in Uvalde, Texas. The need extra data and extra motion from directors.
