CHICAGO (TOC) — Surveillance video exhibits a person wished for allegedly scamming employees at a Chicago Kilwins retailer out of cash from the money register.

The proprietor of the Kilwin’s alongside Michigan Avenue mentioned she nearly did not imagine her workers after they informed her what occurred.

The staff fell for his story and the person made away with $170.
