Chicago crime news: Man stabbed to death in 5100 block of West Augusta Boulevard; Keshia Golden charged, police department says

CHICAGO (TOC) — A girl has been charged with fatally stabbing a person on the West Aspect early Sunday morning, Chicago police stated.

The stabbing occurred within the South Austin neighborhood’s 5100 block of West Augusta Boulevard at about 3:26 a.m., police stated. Keshia Golden, 33, stabbed a 30-year-old man throughout a home incident inside a house.

The sufferer was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital with a stab wound to his thigh, police stated. He was later pronounced lifeless.

Golden was taken into custody and charged with first-degree homicide, police stated.
