Charges filed against Hadi Abuadaleh, 17-year-old boy injured in violent arrest by Oak Lawn police

OAK LAWN, In poor health. (TOC) — Costs have been filed towards a 17-year-old boy who was injured in a violent arrest in Oak Garden final week.

Hadi Abuatelah was launched from Advocate Christ Medical Heart and into police custody Monday.

He was charged with one depend of felony aggravated illegal use of a weapon, one depend of felony resisting arrest, two counts of misdemeanor resisting arrest and one depend of possession of hashish by a passenger in a motorized vehicle.

Oak Garden police mentioned Abuatelah has been transported to the Cook dinner County Juvenile Detention Heart for a detention listening to.

A number of individuals have been seen protesting Abuatelah’s arrest exterior the Oak Garden Police Division Monday afternoon.

CAIR Chicago filed a grievance towards the officers Monday.
