CHICAGO — A 15-year-old boy has been charged with fatally capturing a person throughout an argument Monday morning within the West Garfield Park neighborhood.
The teenager was arrested moments after the capturing the 43-year-old man within the 4700 block of West Jackson Boulevard, Chicago police mentioned Tuesday.

The person was struck in his armpit and leg round 11:40 a.m., and died later at Stroger Hospital, authorities mentioned. His identify hasn’t been launched.
The boy, whose identify wasn’t launched due to his age, faces a rely of first-degree homicide.
