Anti-Cruelty Society launches new ‘Foster on the Spot’ program as shelters reach critical limits

CHICAGO (TOC) — Many space animal shelters are overpopulated and are reaching important limits.

To ease the capability, the Anti-Cruelty Society is launching a brand new program referred to as ‘Foster on the Spot.’
