15-year-old boy shot in Englewood on South Side, Chicago police say

CHICAGO — A 15-year-old boy was wounded in a taking pictures in Englewood Friday afternoon.

The teenager boy was strolling down the road about 5:15 p.m. within the 6800 block of South Halsted Avenue when somebody fired photographs, Chicago police stated.

He was struck within the arm and self-transported to Holy Cross Hospital in good situation, police stated.

Space detectives are investigating.
